My name is Marianela, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the Centre Manager at The Hive Sunshine. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have worked in the sector for over 10 years. I am passionate about supporting children as they grow, develop their unique personalities, and explore the world around them. I also love leading and mentoring a dedicated team of educators who are committed to providing high-quality care, education, and respect for every child in our service. As a parent myself to a 15-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter, I truly understand how important it is to feel confident and supported when leaving your children in care. At The Hive, our priority is your child’s well-being and education, and I am committed to ensuring a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all our families.
